decided to have the accessories department fit my tundra with leather seats. dropped it off for two days. at the end of the second day I had no update, no phone call, no text. when I called someone in serv with leather seats. dropped it off for two days. at the end of the second day I had no update, no phone call, no text. when I called someone in service ( I think it was Mike only person that got me any info) checked on it and told me they ordered the wrong leather for the back seats. that was a week ago and i still have yet to hear back to set another appointment, I'm guessing for 2 more days I'm missing one of my headrests, and part of the center console is coming off and needs to be fixed poor service poor communication More

Jace was awesome, he got my vehicle picked up and taken care of while I was out of town. I ended up with a flat tire on my other vehicle the day I returned and he got me in and out for that as well! Andrew was very cor I took my 2009 4Runner in due to some engine noise and electrical issues. The vehicle seemed to be running fine but for the noise. Andrew was very cordial and professional as my service advisor. However, when he first called, it was to inform me that they didn’t really know what was causing the noise and it would cost $1,500 to find out and then fix it. The next time he called to tell me they weren’t sure if they would be able to fix it after the $1,500 so they recommended I just replace the engine for $7,000. I know Mike (the mechanic) was giving his professional opinion based on years of experience but I was the one who had to ask if they don’t even know what is wrong with it now, why not wait until the engine actually does die and then replace it? He agreed there was not much downside to that. Of course, replacing the engine would be the safest way to take care of the problem but is it the most practical? At the end of the day, after $260, I didn’t know anymore than when I took it in. And to top it all off. They charged me to fix the electrical issue and it still doesn’t work. Not the experience I was expecting. More
