UPDATE* The next day Mike called me and was very concerned about my experience and sincere about his apology in the situation. Mike asked if I would be willing to come sit with him, absolutely. Mike and Mack took their time to seriously look at different options and scenerios that would be mutually beneficial. In the end, a deal was struck that involved both parties giving a little on each end. A very fair deal. Very open, honest and transparent transaction. It would have been a perfect experience if this is how it would have happened upon my first visit. So I gave them a one star review. I say this second visit is a five. Average between the two is a 3. What tips the scale is Mack. From the first handshake at the first visit to the departing handshake on the second visit, Mack was an upmost professional. He stayed on point, personable and collected.
