One of the best car buying experiences We went in to look at the Outback and we were very impressed with both the car and the staff. We loved the car, and the staff was very friendly. Then when we received out registration and license plate, we met with John DePalma who showed us all the fun features of our car. Usually buying a car is very stressful, but this was totally different. This was such a great experience from the moment we stepped into the dealership.
