I purchased my car with an open recall and an issue that became apparent a few days later. I pulled right in and dropped her off to check the small problem and address the recall. My small problem was remedied with a software update (It is driving much better) and the "recall" was not an issue with my car. Yay! And, as a bonus, the shop guys found some items I had left behind in my trade and they got them back to me as well! A+++ More

They delivered with all the details I needed to know they had the best car for the price! When I went down to the dealership, they had the car ready to show me, a gleaming Ford C-Max in excellent condition. While I worked with Associate Ronnie Gomez on completing paperwork, changing my insurance, I was able to ask many questions about the car, the process, and have a great conversation with Ronnie, he worked his magic so quickly. Ronnie and the team made sure I was as comfortable as possible, since they knew my trip down was delayed by illness. When all the paperwork was done, the car pulled up in even better shape! I do not purchase cars very often, it is very stressful for me as an older woman, but I highly recommend going to this dealership for the best deal! (I did my homework, it really is the best deal). Ronny has gone above and beyond to help help us drive away in 2019 Ford Explorer. I had checked dealer inventory before we went to Chapman Lancaster. They had one left. I contacted and Ronny answered. When my husband and I got to Chapman Ford he had it pulled up. It was exactly what we wanted and the price is exactly what we wanted to pay. We picked up our New Car the following day and realized it had a few dings in the door. Chapman Ford came through and fixed the door and provided me with a loaner car as ours was being fixed. We will be back again. More
