I drove 40 minutes to Bozard Lincoln in St. Augustine, and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I had stepped into the lobby of a 5-star Dubai hotel. Lincoln assigned Senior Client Advisor Augustine, and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I had stepped into the lobby of a 5-star Dubai hotel. Lincoln assigned Senior Client Advisor Mike Murdock to assist me, and the level of service was exceptional. I was escorted to a private “Pavilion” with my name on the door—complete with a flat-screen TV, white leather chairs, and a fully stocked snack table. It was nicer than some luxury hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Mike and his assistant Cailyn took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and specs. After an hour of what felt like luxury auto speed-dating, I selected the Lincoln Navigator Black Label. Mike guided me through financing options, provided great customer care, and even helped navigate an unexpected credit bureau issue. Once everything was resolved, my Navigator was presented to me with a big red bow on the hood. This was truly a premium buying experience from start to finish. I look forward to a long relationship with Mike and the team at Bozard Lincoln. More
