My husband and I showed up on Saturday, 4/29 to check out the Black Label Aviator inventory and test drive the car. Mike and Carson were absolutely amazing. They were so patience with us. They answered all our questions, they walked us through all the car features. No pressure sale. The vehicle is beautiful. They made us feel like VIPs. The following suggestion has nothing to do with the dealership or their service, these are my personal product enhancement suggestion. I have driven many luxury cars and I was surprised that this SUV within the $82K+ price range does not have these helpful features. Although the SUV already has the technology for several of these options. Example: BMW and Volvo Car Apps has the ability to search for an address in its map, once found, you can send the information to the vehicle navigation system via the app. Once received, the driver selects it, and the navigation routes the destination. BMW and Volvo also have the option to tilt the passenger side mirror when you shift in reverse. Allowing the driver to see the curve on the passenger side. BMW and Chevy Impala Premier have the option to automatically lock the car when you walk away from it with the key. The Volvo alerts you via the app if the car was left unlocked or windows or sunroof left opened. Both BMW and Volvo have the option to open the lift gate with the kick motion. From needing a second tutorial on the Apple Car Play and setting up the keyless entry code to answering multiple texts and emails, Mike and Carson have been exceptional to work with and extremely professional. All of our friends know that I despise purchasing a new car but being on the "every ten year whether I need it or not plan", it was time for my new car purchase. I found a used 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro online that was located at Bozard Ford Lincoln and had reached out with an inquiry. Since I was an out-of-state party at the time, he provided detailed service history information of the vehicle, a video walk-through, and answered all the questions I had (was my first car purchase so there were many!) Purchasing a vehicle during this time was a bit anxiety-inducing (February 2023,) as even though I had pre-approval for financing, rates were much higher than they had historically been. Mike was able to match my rate through the dealer and handled all the paperwork processing. After everything was finalized, I was happy with the final price and Mike had Bozard ambassadors (thank you very much Jared and Carson!) deliver the vehicle across the state of Florida to my fiancé in Tampa. They even filled the gas tank and had the truck detailed. Would highly recommend - above-and-beyond customer service and easy purchase process. More
