From needing a second tutorial on the Apple Car Play and setting up the keyless entry code to answering multiple texts and emails, Mike and Carson have been exceptional to work with and extremely professional. All of our friends know that I despise purchasing a new car but being on the "every ten year whether I need it or not plan", it was time for my new car purchase. I've told everyone I know it was the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Keep up the good work Mike and Carson! More

Since I was an out-of-state party at the time, he provided detailed service history information of the vehicle, a video walk-through, and answered all the questions I had (was my first car purchase so there were many!) Purchasing a vehicle during this time was a bit anxiety-inducing (February 2023,) as even though I had pre-approval for financing, rates were much higher than they had historically been. Mike was able to match my rate through the dealer and handled all the paperwork processing. After everything was finalized, I was happy with the final price and Mike had Bozard ambassadors (thank you very much Jared and Carson!) deliver the vehicle across the state of Florida to my fiancé in Tampa. They even filled the gas tank and had the truck detailed. Would highly recommend - above-and-beyond customer service and easy purchase process. More
