I leased a IS 300 7 May. I took it in on 11 May to have
windows tinted. I had to return three times due to bubbling. The final time Jamie Fink suggested I leave it over the weekend. I picked it up and 2 h

I was told it had water damage because of the spoiler. It took me over four weeks to get another vehicle. Now I'm waiting to see if I get reimbursed for the payment I made while waiting on another vehicle.

I would like to speak with you also. My contact number is (281) 673-8240. I paid for the Auto Butler. I asked the finance office if the car had received the first application and was told yes. After getting the new vehicle it was clear the original had Not been treated. Now to the tire and wheel warranty I paid for. I paid $1740 for tire and wheel warranty. I later received an email saying I didn't sign the contract. When I reviewed the contract it had some other package that I did not want. I ended up cancelling the tire and wheel protection and had to be refunded the $1740. Now I have no tire and wheel protection. I was told by personnel from Westside Lexus I would be compensated for all the heartache I was experiencing. Refunding me with a payment is not compensation that is what I was owed for not having a new vehicle that I paid for. I know I was very patient with Westside Lexus and I made my payment as I was obligated to do so. I just hope Westside Lexus would do the right thing and make me a satisfied customer.
