Thanks for all your help, especially for helping surprise my daughter for her sweet 16 gift!! She is still telling everyone about the big red bow Mr. Mike arranged for it to be on her car when he surprised her and put the keys in her hand!! a car with exact specs that I wanted, if I was willing to wait. I was, and the car was delivered in ~4.5 months. We love our new RX450h! Mike Nelson

Mike Nelson handled all the details, was very knowledgeable about the options, and guided us seamlessly through the process. My only small complaint was that it took about 2 hours to receive delivery of the car at the dealership, even though I was paying cash. Seems like it could have been a bit quicker, but overall a great experience.
