Mike Nelson handled all the details, was very knowledgeable about the options, and guided us seamlessly through the process. My only small complaint was that it took about 2 hours to receive delivery of the car at the dealership, even though I was paying cash. Seems like it could have been a bit quicker, but overall a great experience. More
