I was looking for a specifically trimmed vehicle, so I broadened my search radius from my home in LA to 250 miles. I found it, but it was in Las Vegas 240 miles away. Yet, I took the "leap of faith” and initiated a call. That first conversation was followed up with many emails, texts and questions. Taking the lead was Mike Nelson; I was treated with respect. He valued my business and offered full transparency. He took additional pictures that I requested and guided me through a personalized process that worked best for me. My initial hesitation and resistance proved unwarranted and was put to rest. It became clear that this relationship was not the arduous back and forth; trust was being established. So, we “pulled the trigger” and formalized the agreement. Two days later, we boarded a plane; Mike facilitated transportation from the airport to the dealership; and the team of Edo, Josh, Jace, and Bret played their part that resulted in a seamless, satisfying experience. No question, we had made the right choice. Subaru of Las Vegas proved to us that they are different. As Mike noted, he just doesn’t sell cars, he listens and values the needs of clients who visit this dealership and works to accommodate those needs. I know, I experienced it. Mike N. was amazing. Because of how professional and direct MIKE was, made the decision to purchase the vehicle so much easier/clearer. All the other dealers was amazing. Because of how professional and direct MIKE was, made the decision to purchase the vehicle so much easier/clearer. All the other dealerships should emulate SUBARUs customer service. First class all the way. JUSTIN was also very attentive and making sure the transaction went without fail. Will recommend and consider purchasing from SUBARU in the future. More

I met Mike Nelson when I started shopping for a new car. I was initially looking for a plug-in Hybrid but I learned that Subaru didn't have that model available for sale in Nevada. In our conversation I l I was initially looking for a plug-in Hybrid but I learned that Subaru didn't have that model available for sale in Nevada. In our conversation I learned that the Crosstrek might work out well for us. I made arrangement tor my wife and I to meet the following day to check the car out. We returned the net day and Mike did a great job or explaining the features of that car and all the safety and convenience items available. After looking it over we thought that a little larger model would be better for us. Mike showed us several Foresters which we thought would be just right for us. After choosing the color and a few other options we arranged to pick the car up on the next day at 10am. Since Mike was going to be on a camping trip with his family for three days he said that Coco would take care of the delivery which was set for the following day. We returned and Coco showed us our car in the delivery area, prepped and ready to go. It was then the we met Bret (a training specialist) who began telling us about its features. It was at this time that we began to realize that the car didn't have all of the safety features that we had decided were very important to us. We didn't know what to do as we had already signed the stack of papers pertaining to the car awaiting our arrival. That's when Coco came to our rescue saying "don't worry about anything, I'll take care of everything". He searched their inventory and found the exact same car that all of the safety and convenience items we were looking for. It was even he same color! We couldn't be more pleased with the effort that Coco put in to make the change. They took that car back to their inventory and prepped the one that he had found and brought it to the delivery area. Then Bret showed us what we needed to know about the many features and answered our questions. All in all, this purchase was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dealership. No Pressure Customer Service Been shopping around at the different dealerships in town for a couple of months now. Subaru was definitely a very different experience. I test drove three different models with Mike Nelson with no pressures to purchase. I was very surprised at this experience, much different from Toyota which provided the highest pressure customer service of all. No circling hawks here, just friendly, knowledgeable customer service served with patience. Very much appreciated! More
