My car had been stolen and when I met Gavin, he knew that I was not purchasing that day. I went to the dealer 3 additional times and EVERY time I went, Gavin was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me I was not purchasing that day. I went to the dealer 3 additional times and EVERY time I went, Gavin was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. I never felt pressured and I'm very grateful for that. Gavin was amazing! We really enjoyed the Love my Suburu Encoré visit as well. EVERY question was answered and Brett even pointed out features that we didn't know we had. Fantastic experience! I was raised with multiple family members working in the car business, selling a wide variety of car makes and I had never seen a program like Encoré. Thank you! More

Chad Saunders, the desk manager, Bradley Grunwald, the finance officer. Brent Hollanbaugh, Technical Trainer were all very professional and knowledgeable in the services that they provided! I can’t say enough good things about Eric De Jesus, Senior Purchase Advisor, our wonderful salesman! He helped us so much and was such a good salesman that we bought a new Crosstrek Sport and a new Crosstrek Limited! He was available for every question and concern that we had! We continue to love our new cars! We have recommended this dealership to our friends! More

To say we’re ecstatic is an understatement. Through the years, we’ve bought a number of cars. Hands down, best experience of them all. From the onset, there was no pressure. After finally selecting the car, there was no pressure to chose the best features, options, and other packages. None. We’re still shocked. Once our new car arrived, the orientation was unlike any other. You’d think we bought a $100,000+ luxury vehicle with the way Mark Durmiendo and team walked us through the cars features, especially ones related to safety. We’re so happy.
