Not knowing much about the dealership when we started looking, we soon were very pleased with the entire experience. It is easy to see what they are so well reviewed. We were not pressured, given ample information to make a good decision and were treated respectfully. We are very happy with our purchase (2012 Buick Enclave). Mike Ayoub was excellent to work with and worked with us to find something that worked within our budget. We will definitely be back when it is time to make another purchase. More

Internet sales After combing through the internet and not having much luck anywhere close to our town I stumbled upon our soon to be Enclave at Sullivan GMC. Black, AWD, leather interior, with the towing package. When we contacted Sullivan GMC we spoke to a woman named Talia who put us in touch with our sales rep named Elliot P. We drove home yesterday in our Certified Enclave and we couldn't be happier. It was a long 8 hour drive but worth every minute. Thank you to all the staff at Sullivan Buick GMC! Then they came out with the Regal, a little smaller, w This is my third Buick from Sullivan/Gabe in relatively short order. I started with a LaCrosse. Then they came out with the Regal, a little smaller, which is what I wanted. And so, traded the LaCrosse for a Regal. And now, with the newest model, the Verano--a bit smaller than the Regal--I traded again, and now I've got what I wanted: a little smaller car and lower payments. Through all of this, the process was courteous, helpful, professional, as possible. Love the car and totally pleased with the sales process. More

I walked in and was immediately approached by Phil Pilny. I told him I was not alone and that my husband and my brother were outside, he didn't even hesitate to walk outside to just to greet them. We felt such a good vibe from him from the beginning to the end. He was honest and we were able to tell him what we wanted not what he thought we needed so much so that my brother also bought a car from him at the same exact time. He did not judge us based on our looks, or credit scores we were not just a number to him. Our car buying experience was great from Phil Pilny to Mike O'Connell in Finance.
