Makes car buying easy! After many many hours of overwhelming searches on the web for a new/used vehicle that fit our budget and checking out all the dealers inventory/pricin After many many hours of overwhelming searches on the web for a new/used vehicle that fit our budget and checking out all the dealers inventory/pricing within a 50 mile radius of my home, we were convinced that Sullivan Buick GMC was the place for us due to their great on- line ratings. We contacted them via internet about a specific vehicle and was contacted immediately by Talia from the internet sales dept. (she's a sweetie) We spoke at length about what we were looking for and almost immediately I received an email with many different options, all of them in which we would consider. We went to the dealership to check out our options and worked with Mike Ayoub. Mike's a great guy, not pushy, discusses your options, leaves you alone to make your decision. (I like that). It felt like we were sitting at our dining room table and talking over coffee. We did end up purchasing a car and are VERY pleased. Love the fact that they will give you a loaner if your car needs repair, free oil changes and car washes for two years are icing on the cake. We went in with our financing already secured with our banks current low rate and were pleasantly surprised that Mike O'Connell beat that. Yeah, thanks Mike! Before signing the lease on the 2015 Enclave with the dealer by our house, we traveled to Sullivan for a comparison price. Costco's auto buying program recommended Sullivan. All we wanted was the numbers, which Mike Ayoub gave us, but he also offered a 2015 Enclave for the drive home. After that, there was no way I'd want to return to the 2003 Acura MDX I left behind. We signed the lease a week later at Sullivan after returning the loaner car. More

Class Act.......what more can I say First time purchasing a car from Sullivan GMC & Buick. I couldn't have ask for a better salesman (Mike Ayoub). Great experience, they understood what we wanted. We were in the market to find a newer vehicle for my wife. After searching online I found a good deal on a 2012 GMC Terrain SLE. After verifying the d We were in the market to find a newer vehicle for my wife. After searching online I found a good deal on a 2012 GMC Terrain SLE. After verifying the dealer still had the vehicle I used the very helpful Create Your Deal option they had online. I was very impressed with this option for two reason for time savings. The first reason is I hate wasting time at the dealership and having as much paperwork done beforehand is good for me. Second is that I was driving a far distance and was arriving later in the evening and having all this done beforehand was able to make this deal happen quickly. Out of all the vehicles deals I have went through with and the ones I walked away from this was the only one I enjoyed making the deal happen. I felt comfortable with the salesperson Kevin and that he wasn't trying to push a sale on us. He made us comfortable with the whole overall experience. He understood that I knew about the vehicle itself along with the car buying experience. There wasn't much that wasn't researched already and Kevin made happen what was most important to me at that time and that was to get the deal done quickly and the small time frame that we had that the night. When I got the original financing back I wasn't pleased. Kevin was going to work with us so I could try and get financing from my credit union and that I was able to take the vehicle with me while this process took place. By the time we finished the paperwork they were able to find a better rate that I accepted and was able to finish everything that night and not have to make any return trips. More

A Dealership you can trust I have now purchased two vehicles through Sullivan and each time it has been a stress-free and enjoyable process. When I was looking for a car this ti I have now purchased two vehicles through Sullivan and each time it has been a stress-free and enjoyable process. When I was looking for a car this time around, I had done my research before-hand and seen that Sullivan had the exact vehicle that I was looking for. When I arrived at Sullivan, salesmen weren't circling the lot like vultures which allowed me the opportunity to look at the vehicles on the lot at my own pace before even talking about purchasing. When I was prepared to look at the vehicle in more detail and request a test drive, I approached Victor who was standing at the main desk willing to help anyway he could. Victor, from first contact, was personable, knowledgeable and laid-back.. After taking the test drive, I asked him what the price was on the vehicle. Unlike other dealerships that I have visited in the past, they will give you a different price than what is listed on the internet. This is one of my first indicators of whether I can trust a salesman. Victor provided the exact price I had seen previously and showed me the listing on the website from his computer. He showed me the Carfax report and all other associated documents requested without hesitation or run-around. They appraised my vehicle for a trade-in and they did not do two things that dealers always try to do at this point: 1) Make you feel that your car is in bad shape 2) Make you think that there is no value to your car and will probably end up taking a loss on it. What Sullivan DID do is provide a fair trade-in value which was in-line with trade-in values found with various consumer resources. After a short back and forth with numbers, a purchase price was negotiated with Victor which made me feel as if I got a fair trade-in and purchase price for the vehicle I was looking at. After handshakes to seal the deal, I was escorted to the financing office. Based upon my experience at other dealerships, the finance office is typically where the price you negotiated is forgotten about and all new numbers start popping up with a variety of excuses. Mike O'Connell was very personable and had a good sense of humor during the paperwork which solidified the exact numbers that Victor and I had discussed. Mike did not make any attempt to pressure me into buying accessories or other products that I did not want. After finishing all of the paperwork I met back up with Victor who had my vehicle waiting for me with all radio presets programmed in the new car which matched the vehicle that I was trading in (the small things do matter). I was provided with a quick overview of the features for the vehicle before pulling away in my new car feeling good about the purchase. From arrival to departure from the lot, I was there a total of 2.5 hours which must rank somewhere on World Record list. Thank you Sullivan Buick GMC for being everything that every other Dealership I have visited is not, and employing personable and trustworthy sales and finance people like Victor Melendez and Mike O'Connell who do their job with pride and commitment. I will definitely be back the next time I need a car. More

Satisfied Customer!! Mike Ayoub was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I received the car I really wanted. Definitely knows his stuff! After Mike sold me the car and I made it to their financing office to make it official, I had discovered a minor error in paperwork. When I brought it to Mike's attention, he stopped what he was doing on the sales floor and went out of his way to make sure this was fixed. Mike truly does care!
