Mike Ohanesian was a very nice guy to work with, he was friendly and courteous. I made an opportunistic stop to see if I could get a burned out headlight replaced. Since 5-Star Subaru came to town, I’ve had my 2011 Outback serviced there, and have never had anything other than a good experience. More

I really appreciated how the Subaru team seamlessly worked with each other to help me drop off my vehicle and get into a loaner vehicle and back on the road for an appt. They finished before I was home worked with each other to help me drop off my vehicle and get into a loaner vehicle and back on the road for an appt. They finished before I was home from the appointment so I was able to come directly back and get my vehicle. The employee also helped move my groceries from the loaner to my vehicle! That’s awesome~ as I felt like I was being treated as family and someone that mattered. :) More

They were 5 stars until the last two experiences. Customer service was poor with Tyson and good with Mike. It used to be excellent. They were both friendly but they missed the mark.
