Excellent sale, although all of the negotiations took quite a while. Tim Smith-Laclaire was extremely helpful and even drove my new car to me two days later, and I live two hours from Greenfield. This dealership and the sales people are only interested in making money, no interest in customer service. Once they have your money good luck. I unfortunately purchased a vehicle from this business, complying with all of their requests, asked specifically if they needed the deposit before processing any registration paperwork and was told outright that aside from contacting my insurance agent, to bring the check with me at the end of the following day when picking up my vehicle. Unfortunately for me, this was completely untrue. I arrived at the agreed upon time the next evening to find out that not only had they not registered my vehicle, but no one on the premise was able to finish my paperwork, leaving me without a car due to my following their instructions and cancelling my insurance, registration, and license plates. I had been assured by Scott, eager to leave for his vacation, that everything would be taken care of, and it would be an easy and quick transition. The car wasn't even fully prepped for me to take home, which they acknowledged after I brought it to their attention. After voicing my frustration with their lack of professionalism, leaving me without a way to get to work on time the following morning, and requesting some type of customer service reimbursement for their error I was told that they are unable to do that. Multiple other dealerships I have purchased vehicles with have always been willing to offer complimentary services as compensation for their errors. Country Hyundai seems to feel that inconveniencing customers, interfering with work schedules, and frankly poor communication skills warrants nothing. Interestingly enough when I arrived first thing the following morning to pick up my car, they had my vehicle registered and were putting the plates on despite not yet having received our check, the very thing they claimed prevented them from completing the registration the day earlier. We had to remind them that they still were not in possession of our payment, they were completely oblivious. I am very disappointed and after such a poor first experience will never come here again, or recommend it. UPDATE: I explicitly told Sales Manager Mike Paquette to have someone from this awful business to contact me to discuss this further. Unfortunately, over a week later NO ONE has contacted me, despite having both family cell phone numbers and my email address. The only response has been on this website, requesting that I contact them to talk about it. What professional, well run business would ever ask a very dissatisfied customer to contact them, instead of taking the initiative and reaching out to try to rectify the problem or at least apologize for being completely incompetent. More

Scott was a great sales person he knew everything and answered every question we had. he is knowledgeable about his job n the vehicles he is selling, Finance was on point was approved in mins no hassle, answered every question we had. he is knowledgeable about his job n the vehicles he is selling, Finance was on point was approved in mins no hassle, delivery of vehicle was abit slow about a week not sure if it had to to do with the bank but overall were satisfied with the outcome. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

I got the exact car I wanted at a good price. The team stayed late to finish the paperwork. They had my aftermarket heated seats installed within a day. They worked with me on every issue. My wife had just been in an accident where our car was broadsided and it was declared a total loss. I was looking for a red all wheel drive Santa Fe 2.0t to replace our Subaru Outback and was having zero broadsided and it was declared a total loss. I was looking for a red all wheel drive Santa Fe 2.0t to replace our Subaru Outback and was having zero luck with our local Hyundai dealer, who claimed to be the largest in New England. I reached out to Country Hyundai and was told they had the vehicle I was looking for. My experience with the staff, Natasha Piro, Scott Peters, Chad Pomeroy, and Mike Paquette, was friendly and stress free. All questions were answered, all options were provided, and in the end they delivered the Santa Fe to Leominster, which helped us tremendously. Dealing with Country Hyundai was easily one of the best car buying experiences we have had to-date. We were in the market for a 2013 Tucson in graphite gray with specific options and requested internet qu car buying experiences we have had to-date. We were in the market for a 2013 Tucson in graphite gray with specific options and requested internet quotes from many dealerships throughout the area in an effort to get the best deal. We requested that each dealership provide specific and detailed pricing information through email to ensure that the quotes they were providing were comparable with the other quotes we were receiving. We also asked that they provide their best (lowest all-in, out-the-door) price. For a few of the dealerships, this appeared to be an outrageous request. Insultingly, some dealerships just quoted MSRP. Many requested that we “come in” in order to get their best price. However, Scott Peters, our sales consultant at Country Hyundai, understood and had no issues with our request and provided the information. While his original quote was hundreds below all most all other dealerships, it was not the lowest. However, Scott was determined to earn our business and did so by beating all others without playing the gimmicks, like removing options to lower the price, many other dealerships tried. This was our fifth online car purchase. Throughout the process, never once did Scott hassle us, use pressure tactics or question the integrity of the other dealerships we were dealing with, which many others did. We met Scott and many other employees of Country Hyundai the day we took delivery of the car. All were a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely do business with Country Hyundai again. More

I had the pleasure to have met Scott peters, who was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! I was impressed from my first email sent to Country Hyundai to me driving my NEW car off the lot the next day! Both Scott an absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! I was impressed from my first email sent to Country Hyundai to me driving my NEW car off the lot the next day! Both Scott and Mike worked with what my husband and I had in mind for a price, and couldn't have made it any painless! I was NOT PRESSURED to look at anything other than what I went there to look at, did not feel rushed into buying or asking questions. I felt that Scott took extra time to go over every aspect of what the car was all about and the value of the car. I was completely comfortable the whole time and felt very welcomed. Everyone I met at this dealership was so nice, and down to earth. I did not feel like I was "dealing" with the "typical" stereotype that car salesman are described as, or the entire "dealership" experience! I will be doing business for the rest of my life here, and could not have been treated better by anyone there! i work with the public everyday of my life, and have come across ALL KINDS, if you are looking for honesty, integrity, and the bottom line-do not waste your time ANYWHERE ELSE! I had a fantastic experience with the team at Country Hyundai in getting my FIRST car. I came in with my three-year-old and they made it comfortable for us both; giving him puzzles, a balloon, and making Hyundai in getting my FIRST car. I wanted a used car that was great on gas and wanted to stay in my budget so Scott found me the perfect car. I love my cute, little Elantra as well as my experience in getting it.
