I felt like family;) I went into Hyundi wanting to trade my 2011 élantra for something newer;) I has some steering issues with my car for a while now so I let Brandon know I went into Hyundi wanting to trade my 2011 élantra for something newer;) I has some steering issues with my car for a while now so I let Brandon know how I was feeling about my current car and not feeling safe. Brandon With no hesitation said "well let's get u in a car u feel safe driving! He bought back my car up to the last dollar I owed on my loan, worked his butt off to find a new lender and succeeded to also get me a lower interest rate!! I am now a proud owner of a brand new 2014 Hyundi élantra and I am so great full to the whole team of people that got me into this car so quick I will forever be great full to them;) I know I will be driving a Hyundi for the rest of my life because I will keep coming back because they were just awesome people and felt tooken care of so well;) thank you Brandon,Jose,Alex,Bianca for everything!! Horrible. Very dishonest and greedy people. I did not come to this dealership intending to buy a car. My Wife and I already had an almost new Toyota Prius which we are extremely happy with (alw I did not come to this dealership intending to buy a car. My Wife and I already had an almost new Toyota Prius which we are extremely happy with (always over 50 mpg's, over 60 mpg's on trips to Florida). I came to the dealership because I was already going to the town they were in and they had sent me an offer by u.s. mail for a 'free' prize (which they did not have when I got there). We also have an almost new Kia Rio5 sx which is now a 'sister' company with hyundai. If you remember kia lied to its customers about their mpg figures (and because of the figures was why I had chosen the car) and they now have to give compensation to owners IF THE OWNER BRINGS THE CAR TO ONE OF THEIR DEALERS (EVEN IF IT IS OUT OF THE WAY) SO THAT THEY CAN VERIFY (WE CUSTOMERS BELIEVED THEM, BUT THEY DO NOT BELIEVE US!) THE MILES ON THE CAR. So, I would not have bought another Kia/hyundai product, and, as I said, 2 people do not need 3 cars. However, when we got their, they surrounded us like vultures and used VERY high pressure and unethical sales tactics on us. They conned my wife into using a power of attorney that was going to expire the next month to sign for me (even though I was right there and not approving) for the car. She did not sign the papers properly though so I have been working and praying many months now for these dishonest people to take this car back and repay wells fargo (another company I would never have anything to do with). I do not like this car. It is a 'hybrid' but does not even get as good miles per gallon as the non-hybrid kia does! (it is a sonata hybrid). It costs as much as the Prius, but unlike the Prius, it does not have a solar roof, navigation, etc. I have owned many cars and this is one of the worst, for sure. The dealership persons ways are far worse though, sadly. More

We had arrived for our Santa Fe oil change service appointment at Country Hyundai over nine months ago; as always a friendly greeting from Tom Sadowski; and the car was taken right away and finished w appointment at Country Hyundai over nine months ago; as always a friendly greeting from Tom Sadowski; and the car was taken right away and finished within a normal period of time. While waiting for our car, we were greeted by Scott Peters with a genuine smile and friendliness and chatted with him. Since our first meeting, we have talked with Scott several times about turning in our current leased Santa Fe and the prospect of buying a new one. We have also taken two test drives with Scott in the new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. He is very knowledgeable and informative about Hyundai's product line and what has changed or not on new models, etc. As always, we enjoy his updates and our conversations with him. The Hyundai Vehicles brought us in and people like Scott Peters, Mike Paquette and Tom Sadowski keep us coming back. We are extremely pleased with our recent purchase of a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from Country Hyundai in Northampton. Scott and Mike listened to our needs, wants, they showed that they wanted to help and get us the best car and deal that we could get. Mike Paquette did a great job in finding our new Santa Fe as well as a price we were happy with. Alex Miller had all of our paperwork ready and explained to us in full detail what we were signing.He also worked hard with Hyundai Motor Finance to release our veteran plate that we had that we had temporarily transferred to Hyundai Motor Finance for the duration of our lease. Scott Peters and Bianca Ottaviani went over everything about our new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe and told us to feel free to come back to have any other questions about our vehicle answered. We left completely satisfied and enthusiastically recommend Scott Peters, Mike Paquette, Alex Miller and Country Hyundai to anyone looking for a great deal on a great vehicle. As soon as we got to the dealership, Lee Herbert our salesman greeted us with a friendly handshake and a smile. We told him what our limitations were and he delivered. The staff was friendly and appreciated our business. They made the entire process fast and easy. We didn't have to wait 4 hours like other dealerships that we have been to in the past. Alex Miller had all of our paperwork ready and explained to us in full detail what we were signing. He answered all of our questions with a smile and worked hard with the banks to get us a great deal. I would recommend Country Hyundai to anyone. The vehicles are reliable, and Mike Paquette (General Manager) and his staff have top notch customer service. I will continue doing my business with them! More

We were greeted by Scott Peters with a genuine smile and enthusiasm. We test drove an Accent, but decided we needed something bigger. He then showed us the Elantra and Sonata, thoroughly explaining the differences between each model. It was clear, Scott knew his stuff! He never tried to steer us toward a particular model. The real pleasure came in the easy of arranging financing. Mike Paquette did a great job in finding the best deal with financing.
