Premium shopping experience for a premium product My family has been purchasing Volvo from Gorges for over 2 decades now, and we just added a 2019 S60 T6 to the garage after nearly 200,000 miles on ou My family has been purchasing Volvo from Gorges for over 2 decades now, and we just added a 2019 S60 T6 to the garage after nearly 200,000 miles on our last S60. We live 2 hours away from Omaha, but it's such a simple buying experience. Mike and Aaron worked with us to answer specific questions about some of the CPO inventory we were looking at. Their knowledge of the product is unparalleled, and we are always confident they have our best interests in mind. They worked with managment to give us clear pricing over the phone. When we arrived in Omaha the cars we were interested in were pulled up front, waiting to be driven and inspected. When we finally made our choice, the buying process took literally minutes. Marcus in finance had the documents printed up and showed us a variety of extended warranty options (just as we had requested over the phone). No pressure or sales pitch, just straight forward and friendly. We signed a few papers and our cleaned car was pulled around, ready for hour 2 hour drive home. It was late in the evening, but Aaron noted a cracked tail light previous overlooked and had service replace it before we headed home...even thought it was long after closing time for service! Everyone here is so relaxed, friendly and helpful. The new showroom is beautiful and modern, a perfect fit for the Volvo product. We paid notably less than what was considered a fair value after doing online research, and you couldn't ask for a better staff to help you with a purchase. After 20 years we are customers and Volvo drivers for life, thanks to such a great experience with Gorges Volvo. I can't recommend them (or the Volvo product) highly enough! More
