Since I compared service I got and paid vs price listed for servicing 40000 miles of my car on volvo there was $100 difference but no difference in service or at least what I saw I did not find any . Waiting on them to call me or justify me but haven’t received all I got from Jeff Spencer that I need to go online .. Not impressed how it was handle and still no justification .. Also I m not looking to any refund or getting money back but at least tell me the difference. I know it is locally owned and I prefer to exchange business locally but also want to be sure that I m not getting ripped off .. hope mr Spencer email me or call me to show me difference.. we have work with mike in sales and we love working with him , I don’t want to find reason going away from Volvo for small stuff .. never know how small stuff grows and became bigger ..
