Mike is not only our Overseas Delivery Specialist, he's also one of our most knowledgeable Volvo experts; taking product expertise to an unexpectedly high level. Mike and his wife Sarah have owned 7 Volvos over the years so ask him anything; if he doesn't know, he'll find out!! Mike and Sarah have been married since 2006 and enjoy spending time with their daughter and the rest of their families. If you run into Mike outside of the dealership, it would likely be on the golf course or at a Jays game.

The service experience here is always top notch, always friendly and willing to help. I live 2 hours away from the store, so scheduling a visit can be trick sometimes. Just when it looked like I might ha friendly and willing to help. I live 2 hours away from the store, so scheduling a visit can be trick sometimes. Just when it looked like I might have to wait a few weeks for service, Kevin squeezed me in at the end of the day to service my 2021 S60 at 4 PM. I had a minor glitch in my infotainment system, something easily fixed with software. But so late in the day there wasn't really time for that. Knowing that I live out of town the technician volunteered to stay almost 30 minutes after it was time for him to go home to update my software. There are not many service departments where a technician would put in after hours time to help a customer just because they don't live nearby....but the Gorges Team isn't just any service department. Just another example of why I keep buying cars here - the after sales service is exceptional. Thanks to everyone at Gorges Volvo for going the extra mile and always making my visits enjoyable. Great facility, great people, great cars! More
