"World Class Service: I had been shopping for a Terrain Denali, White and came across the exact vehicle I wanted. I sent an email to them and within 30 minutes the conversation started and went on from Monday to Saturday when we showed up from Burlington NC to pick up the vehicle.4 Staff touched me through the entire process and I received the same great service from each one of them. We worked 3 different scenarios, 1)trading my wife's car, 2) trading my car, 3) of which I bought the vehicle outright. I can be very tedious in my negotiations and not once did Brennan get short or frustrated with me. I too am in sales and customer service so I fully understand how easy it could have been to do so.Nothing but true professionalism and I gained a friend in the process. More
