We arrived at the dealership to view and test drive the vehicle, we had to wait maybe 15 minutes while the car was located and brought up front. The cappuccino was fantastic by the way! The car has less than 5 miles on it, the drive was fantastic! Anthony walked us through the trade-in process, purchase, insurance and financing from start to finish. We had other financing prior to our arrival, however Mike in finance got us a better deal! We were not the easiest of buyers, yet Anthony stayed with us, never lost his temper or patience and treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy! Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and informative. We could not have picked a better place nor a better vehicle for our first new car purchase in over 30 years! The car was delivered as promised. Since the car was for my wife, Karen made sure that she felt totally comfortable with all the features in this highly equipped vehicle. When Jim was busy with another customer or had a day off, the Internet Sales Director Eric Wass was there to make sure I didn't have to wait to get a question answered. But at the end of the day, it was Jim's knowledge, attention, and willingness to make sure all the details were covered and questions answered that sealed the deal for me. All I can say is WOW! My entire experience was a joy - I love my Subaru, I love my Salesman Jim Adams, and I even love my Finance Guy, Mike Pickett! From the receptionist to the coffee bar staff - everyone treated us with professional respect & excellent service. The sales staff were attentive and informative - no pressure - just very very helpful. They found the answers for every question I had and there were many. The finance person was clear and straight forward. Management was available and responsive. The price we paid was very fair - less than anything I could find online. This is what I want to experience with I make a very major and significant purchase. If you live in the area (or are shopping online) you really should check out Heuberger. Glad we did. More
