Hyundai Cool Springs Great customer service! Everyone is happy to help with anything as soon as you walk in the door. Financing my car and signing all the paper work was Great customer service! Everyone is happy to help with anything as soon as you walk in the door. Financing my car and signing all the paper work was a much easier process than I ever could have imagined. I guess it also helps when you walk in the door knowing exactly what you want but Craig (my salesman) had to do the research to find the EXACT car that I wanted. I drove it off the lot within a week. I'm very happy with my beautiful new Genesis Coupe! More

Great Experience Pleased with the professional and courteous service we received yesterday. We were in a bind on a Sunday evening, by discovering my daughter's car had Pleased with the professional and courteous service we received yesterday. We were in a bind on a Sunday evening, by discovering my daughter's car had no working brake lights. We tried to replace the bulbs and fuse ourselves that night, but they still would not work. We called Hyundai of Cool Springs on Monday morning and brought the car in with no appointment. The service dept was very busy and had a full load that day. I explained my daughter was having to drive back to college that day, and we would need the car back whether it was fixed or not, but would appreciate anything they could do to see what the problem was quickly. Three hours later, they called and had found the brake switch was bad, replaced the switch and bulbs and got her on the road at lunchtime. She made it back to her college before dark, in a working, safe vehicle, which alleviated a lot of stress on her parents! Can't thank Mike Pierce and Eric Warner enough for helping us out in a precarious situation, so quickly. More

Exhilarating time choosing a new car! Oscar was respectful of our desires and choices, always gently helping us to move in an acceptable direction. As usually auto purchases can be very stressful. After the purchase, Oscar went to the car and demonstrated many features that were new to us. As we were biding him farewell, he made sure that we were welcomed to telephone him if we had any questions. Overall we were very satisfied with the Cool Springs Hyundai dealership. When the tags arrived, we drove down to get them. As we walked across the lot to our car, we met Mike who immediately ask if he could put the plates on for us. Now that is going above and beyond the call of "duty"! More
