Excellent customer service as always, which is why I keep returning to Liberty for all of my car service needs. My only complaint is with the sales department. Over the years, I've purchased 5 autos from returning to Liberty for all of my car service needs. My only complaint is with the sales department. Over the years, I've purchased 5 autos from Liberty Honda (and one from Liberty Mazda) and have had every car serviced regularly there. I received a very nice letter from the Executive Auto Group stating that, because I was such a loyal customer, I would be given a $1,000 discount the next time I purchased a car from Liberty Honda if I showed the letter. I brought the letter with me when I went to purchase my next auto, only to have Mr. Udi refuse to accept the letter. What good is a letter from top management if a regular employee is allowed to refuse it? P.S. I still have the letter, it's stored in my "Empty Promises" file. More

What occurred here is fraud and 100 percent theft; there is no other way to define it. We truly regret having to write this review, but after several attempts to reach out to Liberty Honda management with our concerns and hoping to at least simply discuss the matter, all of our emails and phone calls have gone unanswered and completely ignored. And we feel we have a responsibility to warn other hard-working people about these despicable, deceitful, and unethical business practices occurring at Liberty Honda. They are obviously doing this to other hard-hard working people. We suggest anyone else who has been a victim of Liberty Honda’s theft contact the BBB and your local consumer reporting agency. More
