The management, sales, service, parts, and repair departments, are all great people to work with. This is the reason that I will only buy, and have my service done at O'Daniel Ford. In New Haven Indiana. While I was transferring the contents from the old to the new truck, Mr. O'Daniel came out in the parking lot to thank me for my purchase. Now that's what I call service!!!
