I am originally from the Chicago area, and moved to Fort Wayne in 2003 when I was in the restaurant field. The ODaniel Ford team/family helped me wrap up a somewhat exhausting search for a new vehicle. When arriving on the lot i was greeted with a friendly hello and a big smile. Mike was great to work with. We asked him about a car across town on another lot and he drove it to the New Haven location which is closer to us. Friendly and didn't push us.
