My name is Mike Rakowski. I am a Senior Audi Brand Specialist / Fleet Specialist at Audi Coral Springs. I am originally from Toronto, Canada. I went to Northwood University in West Palm Beach Florida to pursue a degree in the Automotive Business. My time in Florida was supposed to be for 9 months (one semester) as the Canadian Automotive School I attended has an agreement to finish at Northwood. Essentially I jumped right to my senior year. I have now been living here in Florida for well over a decade, I never went back! After graduating in 2004 with my Bachelors of Business Administration majoring in Automotive Marketing/Management I started with Audi. I have been at this dealership ever since. I am proud to be a part of the team at Audi Coral Springs, and the Audi Brand. I look forward to many great years of continued growth into the future.

This dealership was Inefficient. We had to come 3 times to resolve our issue (communication/call module had to be replaced…. Second time in a year! ). We had a confirmed appointment We had to come 3 times to resolve our issue (communication/call module had to be replaced…. Second time in a year! ). We had a confirmed appointment which Steve Meyer couldn’t find.., we had to show him our text message confirming our appointment. . Hard to get anyone on the phone. Poor communication. More
