Service review I have dealt with Steve Kochan for many years and he’s has been a great service writer. Every time I call for service it’s always within a couple da I have dealt with Steve Kochan for many years and he’s has been a great service writer. Every time I call for service it’s always within a couple days to fit me in. I dealt with Mike Rivera when I had my truck in a couple weeks ago for a simple oil change tire rotation and fluid check. when I got home I decided to check to see if there is any oil leaking from under the truck so it didn’t stain my driveway and that was ok but when I checked the brake fluid level they topped it off and the cap fell off because it was not secured correctly. It fell between the steering box and the frame and I had to reach down on a 200+ degree engine and practically burn my arm trying to get this and replace it. I called and left a message for Mike and he called back a little while later apologizing what had happened. There was also oil marks on the plastic radiator support cover that I had to clean. I know these are minor items that were wrong but should not have happened from a certified mechanic/dealer . More

Service appointment Mike greeted me and took my car for service, explained what was being done to the car. It was nice to hear this was still a free service visit per my Mike greeted me and took my car for service, explained what was being done to the car. It was nice to hear this was still a free service visit per my lease agreement. He helped resolve an issue I had with a mark on my paint too, it looks great! I browsed new cars too as my lease is up in 12 months and was helped with my questions regarding a Chevy Colorado. More

Fast and easy My window in the driver side got stuck wouldn’t work. When i got there there took it even though I waited for 2 hours to me the service was still quic My window in the driver side got stuck wouldn’t work. When i got there there took it even though I waited for 2 hours to me the service was still quick and efficient . Mike was also wonderful in explaining the problem. I didn’t talk to Dennis Johnson on this visit but he’s our rep for about maybe 9 or 10 years now and he’s the reason why my husband and I have stayed this long with Chevy. Thanks a bunch. More
