Crooked and Unfair I took my car here over the weekend for service, my car started to shake a bit when I would press on the brakes. Upon reviewing my car they tell me th I took my car here over the weekend for service, my car started to shake a bit when I would press on the brakes. Upon reviewing my car they tell me that my rotors were severely "warped" and they needed to be "cut", that if I don't get this done immediately I risked the chance of not being able to brake in the event it rained and would get into a bad car accident. That I could not drive the car like this anymore. I asked how much this would coast me and they gave me the price of around $450.00, finding the price too high and not knowing much about cars I hesitated a bit, but the person assisting me (Michael Rivera) told me that I needed to get this done ASAP. I wanted to ask around for another piece but feeling pressured I then told them to fix it. However I felt this price was too much. In the end I paid $493.70 to have them cut my rotors. Once I got home I called my cousin who was a mechanic and told him what they did and what they charged me and he told me that they robbed me! He said that getting new rotors and having them changed would have been cheaper. They didn't even give me new rotors and in the next 1000 miles or so I eventually would need to get my car serviced again because I would need to get new ones. Having my rotors cut is only a temporary thing and not really helping the main issue. This is how they make money off of people. They see an older woman coming in and they look to see how they can make money off of me and not how they can help me. I feel robbed and taken advantage of. I'm not sure how these people sleep at night and I know I won't get my money back… but God doesn’t like ugly and karma is real. Don’t trust these people. Get your car diagnosed here and go someplace else that won't rob you of your hard earned money. More
