Brought our F350 in for a safety recall part replacement, a brake job, 2 new tires and an oil change in preparation for 6 week drive to cooler climes. When we got home we realized there were multiple electri a brake job, 2 new tires and an oil change in preparation for 6 week drive to cooler climes. When we got home we realized there were multiple electrical issues as a result of the safety recall part installation. We then had to return the next day for them to rectify the issues. Besides having to drive multiple vehicles 35 minutes back and forth using our gas for their mistakes, we had to postpone our trip in order for the issues be resolved. In the past 25 years I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Buda Ford and have always been happy with their servicing of the vehicles. I’m very disappointed with our latest experience 😣. More
