We recently bought a pre owned vehicle from Joe Machens Capital City. We could not have asapproach better experience. He made sure all the vehicles we were interested in were available and arranged for ample amounts of driving time. We were able to find the perfect car for a family. Mike worked with us in negotiations and did everything within his power to make our deal happen. He has remained in contact and arranged the vehicle clean up and detail and made sure all repairs were set up. He went a step ahead and arranged for a loaner vehicle. His dedication to his job and great no pressure attitude made a great impression on us. A friend of ours knows Mike Rogers, and informed him we were looking for a new VW Beetle Convertible. He called us and said he had found one in Columbia, if we would like to look at it. My husband drove were looking for a new VW Beetle Convertible. He called us and said he had found one in Columbia, if we would like to look at it. My husband drove to Jeff. City and met with Mike and looked at the car. He liked it and Mike was very good at setting up a deal for the car. My husband was going to surprise me with it for Xmas. The weather was going to be bad the day he was going to get the car, so Mike called and he made arrangements to have the car delivered to us in Hannibal, Mo. I was very surprised. the whole deal went down very smoothly and pleasantly. My husband was very pleased the way he was treated by everybody at the dealership. We will buy from them again. Bought my second car from Mike Rogers last week. Mike is a very knowligible salesperson and worked very hard on getting me a great deal on a 2013 Flex.
