I had done my research and was only interested in one vehicle. Was greeted right away by Mike my salesman. Mike got me on a test drive while they looked at my 4Runner. Within the hour, I had test driven the car, had them look at my 4Runner, and had numbers in my hand. Josh in Finance took care of financing throughout the next work day and was ready for pickup that night. Amanda in accessories was very knowledgeable and priced out everything I was interested in. Mike was great about explaining all the features and how to use them. This was the fastest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have had. I highly recommend Mike for anyone looking for a new car! More

Efficient & knowledgeable internet sales; honesty and value On Wednesday afternoon I got a phone call from Gabby in internet sales asking me how she could be of service. Gabby also followed up with a nice email message. When I called her back the next day on Thursday afternoon, she quickly and efficiently walked me through many options on RAV 4s For sale. I was curious as to why dealer discounts were so high in certain models and she explained the details over the phone regarding what I was looking for. Then, she followed up with pricing options and specific information on three models I was interested in. We explained our Toyota lease ended that night, so she set us up with the sales person, Mike in just under 1 hour! When we arrived at front desk, we were greeted by 2 friendly staff who called Mike and set up the test drive. We had already been to two other Toyota dealers in the area. The reason we bought our RAV 4 from Mike was because he was knowledgeable about AWD vs FWD options and wasn’t “pushy” in helping us make a decision. We were torn between buying a Honda CR-V LX vs. RAV 4 LE. After a test drive we realized for the price that Toyota offered many more options in a base model RAV 4 SUV than competition. Mike also worked with the finance office to get us the best price and package on 3-year lease. By 8 pm we had turned in our “old” Camry and were behind the wheel of a new RAV 4! We also want to commend the finance manager, Kristin, who was professional and timely in completing the leasing paperwork and college Grad discount under time constraints. Highly recommend working with Gabby, Mike and Kristin at Luther Toyota in Golden Valley. Love our new RAV 4 LX—offers many options like ApplePlay, Safety Sense 2.0 and refined interior! More
