I went to the Dublin dealership looking for a replacement for my MDX which has served me well for 15 years! I was lucky to have Mike as my salesperson. He is a seasoned veteran of Acura and boy he knows hi for my MDX which has served me well for 15 years! I was lucky to have Mike as my salesperson. I really appreciated the more modern and relaxed set up of the dealership. Everyone who worked there was friendly and laid back. We felt lucky to get to work with Mike Shay. From being personally texted by the John (the dealership owner) when I sent a message online at 11pm after work, to Mike's patience with us during the process - this experience has been EXCELLENT! Mike's no pressure approach IMMEDIATELY put us at ease. He addressed all our questions, was easy to talk to and helped us get a FANTASTIC deal! The vehicles here are priced to move! Ryan in finance was AMAZING as well! He beat the interest rate that we were given and made the entire process quick and easy! We were in and out (including test drive) in under 2 hours! That's unheard of! I'm so glad we choose to do business with Acura Columbus and I will be sure to not only buy in the future, but continue sending business Mike's way! More
