So my last car buying experience was not a good one. I was honestly scared of going to another dealership. I was afraid of getting taken advantage of again. I was afraid of being talked down to and bullied by the staff and have them treat me like “you need us, we don’t need you. Take what we offer you and be happy.” That may sound overdramatic, but after my last experience, I was just honestly terrified. Thankfully, I worked with Steve and Ryan when I came to Acura Columbus. They were both amazing. They were so kind, they worked with me every step of the way, they didn’t make me feel judged, they didn’t make me feel rushed, they talked through things with me, they made me feel comfortable about the whole transaction and it honestly restored my faith in some dealerships. They even stayed after closing to help me out. I can’t tell you how grateful I am and what a relief it is to be out of my old car and into this new one. It takes such a burden off my shoulders to be in a safe vehicle. Steve and Ryan, thank you guys so much for everything! I truly appreciate it and will definitely be visiting again in the future whenever I have a need to! More

A few months ago I randomly stopped in to stare at a car and didn’t really expect much but Greg came out to chat with me anyway. He was friendly and we rambled on a bit (I do talk a lot). I wasn’t prepare and didn’t really expect much but Greg came out to chat with me anyway. He was friendly and we rambled on a bit (I do talk a lot). I wasn’t prepared to buy a car then but I asked for a card and he gladly provided one. Fast forward to recently and I had enough with my (now previous) car and began shopping around. While searching I noticed Acura Columbus had a decent selection of cars so I reached back out to Greg. He was prompt in responding and we set up a time to meet. I came in, had an easy test drive, and was offered what I considered a deal that was basically what I was looking for. I needed a night but I accepted it and came the next day to pick my new car up. The car and Greg were ready. Initial paperwork was quick and I was handed off to the finance manager Ryan. Equally friendly he reviewed various additional packages I could add to the car. Normally I turn this stuff down point blank but with this car being special and some anecdotal stories from Ryan about his TLX I decided it might not be a bad idea for something so I bit the bullet on a package. Congrats to you: that’s a first for me. Afterwards filling out the financial paper work was quick and easy. Overall start to finish was just under an hour and now I’ve got a new car! More
