Apparently my time is not valuable. My scheduled appointment time to wait for my vehicle was 8 am, my vehicle didn't even go into the shop until 9. I was told the wait would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours when I scheduled it. When I got there this morning I was told 1 and a half to 2 hours, and I waited over 3 hours. I'm not impressed. More
