I COULD NOT DRIVE BACK FOR A COUPLE DAYS BECAUSE OF A COUNTY LOCKED DOWN DUE THE CORONA VIRUS EMERGENCY.WHEN I FINALLY WENT THREE DAYS LATER I WAS IGNORED LIKE THEY NEVER SEEN ME BEFORE SO I WAS DEFRAUDED AND COULD DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.I COULD NOT EVEN GET A SECOND KEY FOB FOR THIS CAR. TO TOP THINGS OFF A CANCELLATION I MADE THAT DAY FOR AN ESP POLICY AND GAP INSURANCE THE PAPERS WERE MYSTERIOUSLY LOST I TO RESUBMIT AS OF TODAY 5/24/2020 I HAVE YET TO SEE THEM REFUNDED TO MY LOAN ACCOUNT.
