I would rate my salesmen, Big Mike Shuman and Jordi Prat, 5 stars. As far as the overall rating of the dealership, i must say that i was disappointed. First of all, you guys advertised a free Yeti cooler wi 5 stars. As far as the overall rating of the dealership, i must say that i was disappointed. First of all, you guys advertised a free Yeti cooler with the purchase of a new vehicle. We bought 2 vehicles, spending close to 100k, and neither one of us received anything and the sales manager even denied the request at purchase. What your add should of said was that it was dependent upon negotiation. Secondly, i went and got a bank draft after finding the vehicle we wanted and settling on a price with your dealership. For some stupid reason, i trusted the people over there when they asked me not to use the draft and to let them do the financing through my bank so that the dealership would get their kickback. I was told everything would remain the same except for doing the financing through them. Well it’s sad to say that I learned my lesson. I already had an out the door price, i already knew what i wanted to put down, and i had gotten that bank draft for the balance. Sadly, i was caught up in conversation when signing the documents and didn’t realize that price of the vehicle changed and over an additional 1k was added. I will recommend this to future customers. Jerry Ulm has an excellent inventory of vehicles. If you plan on purchasing one there, negotiate, get your out the door price, go to your bank and get a draft, and no matter what DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU OUT OF USING IT. Do not fall for any of their promotional ads. They will not give you the things they promote and they will tell you that they are going to throw in things that you are already supposed to receive through the “Jeep Wave Package”. More
