Hands down the best! Best dealership in Tampa Bay. We are planning to move and may need a 4x4 due to the harsh winters in the Midwest. My truck was a 2019 and only 2WD but had a lot of negative equity. I was looking for a truck that I can keep for 7-10 years, 4x4, and with most convenience options without being a Laramie or Limited. I went to other dealers and they wouldn’t even talk to me, just acted like I couldn’t afford anything and didn’t want to spend any time working with me on rebates to make a deal due to the neg equity. I went back to Jerry Ulm where I bought my truck, and Mike and the team made it happen, again, and I got into a beautiful new 4x4 Ram from the showroom floor. We returned the next day for another vehicle, wife wanted to trade in hers. After much consideration over a Grand Cherokee she thought she’d be happy with, she chose an RT Durango. I know this was frustrating for the staff and the managers, but they were there for us, and worked with us to get her what she wanted every step of the way. You could tell they were not going to be happy just selling anything to anybody, they (sales, finance, and the managers) truly wanted to make sure that both of us were happy with our purchases. That type of service and the family friendly atmosphere is why I will always recommend this dealership, Mike, and the rest of the staff. Hands down the best in my experience and even after I move, if I am in the market for another vehicle, I would not mind flying back to Tampa for another Jerry Ulm purchase!! Liars and Lemons I told the internet sales person how much I want to spend monthly on a used vehicle and they went 100 bucks above that for financing. They added a Kahu feature I didn't ask for but had to pay for. Then I was informed that the vehicle I was purchasing had 150 point inspection. All the "necessary" work had been completed. Overhearing a conversation and going in for a blown bulb, I found out that I would need a battery soon, the motor/suspension support work that they claim they completed was not done, and the person I dealt with pushed me off as if I didn't matter. I wouldn't recommend them or any vehicle unless its brand spanking new. Returned the vehicle and escaped a possible lemon. More

I explained my situation and Mike said he would do what he could to help out. He is a very good communicator and quick on responses. He and the GM worked very hard and got me in a new car!
