I was sceptical in dealing with major dealerships due to previous deals that went south, however I was referred here by my brother who purchased a car here a year ago. He referred me to Big Mike. I explained my situation and Mike said he would do what he could to help out. He is a very good communicator and quick on responses. He and the GM worked very hard and got me in a new car! I thought all hope was lost but Mike went the extra mile to seal the deal. Overall this was a very positive experience and I will be referring folks over when they are in the market for a new ride. My only concern would be the CPO Inspectors missing a few important details prior to sale. Two of four air vents are inoperable. Mike is stepping up to have fixed. My training tow wiring was inoperable. I had to pay to fix since I was in a bind. In my opinion those should have been caught by the shop. I w Should have been my diligent in my inspection prior to taking delivery. I am still very happy with my overall experience. I will be back to buy another. More
