As a former manager of a mom and pop restaurant and general manager of 3 gas stations prior to joining this exciting industry, customer service has been a focal point of my entire work ethic. I realize there is a "stigma" when it comes to being a car salesman, we are intimidating, plain and simple. But the industry has changed drastically and the need to be a "pushy salesman" is no longer the norm. Amazing Service and Selection Mike is a great guy. Before being an amazing sales person. In my opinion is just a good person. He was very patient with me and took time to address m Mike is a great guy. Before being an amazing sales person. In my opinion is just a good person. He was very patient with me and took time to address my needs during and after the sale. He will be the guy I talk to about getting my GF in a Wrangler. My only concern would be the CPO Inspectors missing a few important details prior to sale. Two of four air vents are inoperable. Mike is stepping up to have fixed. My training tow wiring was inoperable. I had to pay to fix since I was in a bind. In my opinion those should have been caught by the shop. I w Should have been my diligent in my inspection prior to taking delivery. I am still very happy with my overall experience. I will be back to buy another. More
