As a former manager of a mom and pop restaurant and general manager of 3 gas stations prior to joining this exciting industry, customer service has been a focal point of my entire work ethic. I realize there is a "stigma" when it comes to being a car salesman, we are intimidating, plain and simple. Service great..but detail of vehicle awful!! Mike was wonderful, we were in and out, however, once we purchased the vehicle we waited over 1 hr to get the vehicle from being detailed. Good experience I had a great experience with the sales staff but finance was a pain. I spent almost 5 hours at the dealership they could have provided me the package I had a great experience with the sales staff but finance was a pain. I spent almost 5 hours at the dealership they could have provided me the packages they wanted to upsell me to review instead of trying to force me into picking one and tacking it on to my loan at the 5th hour. Would have given 5 stars but was not satisfied with their financial department. Mike Shuman was helpful and friendly, Ryan I didnt work with as much but seemed like a great salesperson. More
