We didnt get the exact deal we wanted, but we got close. The problem was that we wanted out car registered out of state and that seems to be a big deal, but the biggest problem we had was we had to be at the dealership for quite some time before the deal was made and they put the wrong VIN on the paper work that wasnt caught till almost all papers were signed. Overall, the experiance was good, however, the nagotiation process was slow and there needs to be checks and rechecks for the VINs so people dont accidently drive off with a different car. More

Horrible customer service Last Friday I called and spoke with Mike about a used Jeep that my mother was extremely interested in purchasing. We wanted to come look and test dri Last Friday I called and spoke with Mike about a used Jeep that my mother was extremely interested in purchasing. We wanted to come look and test drive it that same day but he said they were finishing up the service inspection and would call me no later than Saturday morning. Saturday at noon no return call so my mother called he told her the same thing but he would call her the same afternoon. Nothing. I called AGAIN Sunday around 1pm and spoke to another sales rep, possibly manager, who told me he did not see an update on the service inspection but first thing in the morning he was going to speak with the service manager for an update and let me know right away. Today is now Wednesday night and guess what....NOTHING!!!! No return call! This vehicle was received to their location 9/7 and detailed 9/14 today is 9/26 and still no service inspection??? Extremely unlikely I’m sure it did not pass service inspection and rather than communicate that to the customer they tried to hide and ignore!! In a business where there are so many competitors, even on the same street, they did nothing to try to gain business or show customer service. My family has purchased here in the past and this will make us never shop here again. Shame on your lack of customer service! More
