As a former manager of a mom and pop restaurant and general manager of 3 gas stations prior to joining this exciting industry, customer service has been a focal point of my entire work ethic. I realize there is a "stigma" when it comes to being a car salesman, we are intimidating, plain and simple. But the industry has changed drastically and the need to be a "pushy salesman" is no longer the norm. Great Service! I wanted a RAM 2500 diesel 4x4 and went to 3 different dealers in the Tampa Bay Area. dodge challenger search We came in to look at 2018 dodge challengers after looking at 4 other dealerships and getting turned down twice we were hopeful. We didnt get the exact deal we wanted, but we got close. The problem was that we wanted out car registered out of state and that seems to be a big deal, but the biggest problem we had was we had to be at the dealership for quite some time before the deal was made and they put the wrong VIN on the paper work that wasnt caught till almost all papers were signed. Overall, the experiance was good, however, the nagotiation process was slow and there needs to be checks and rechecks for the VINs so people dont accidently drive off with a different car. More
