I realize there is a "stigma" when it comes to being a car salesman, we are intimidating, plain and simple. Experience from the start was great having help from salesman wass, he was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with finance and the director of the dealership. I can not say enough nice things about this dealership and the entire staff as a whole. They all displayed such kindness and really went the extra mile(s) to help us get an amazing deal. I guess this dealership is so busy and the salesman are making so much they don’t need to worry about customer service and how they treat people. I was in there the first time and just treated rude and rus making so much they don’t need to worry about customer service and how they treat people. I was in there the first time and just treated rude and rushed out by the salesman. When I complain I was told by a manager I would get treated good and he would take care of me. What a joke it took him 3 weeks to get back to me and when he did gave me a crazy price. Don’t shop here. More
