10 Plus Service! On March 6th I received a call from Ed Morse Cadillac Tampa, and a young man was calling to wish me a Very Happy Birthday! That call made my Day! I re On March 6th I received a call from Ed Morse Cadillac Tampa, and a young man was calling to wish me a Very Happy Birthday! That call made my Day! I received an email about the new Cadillac XT4, so I completed the application and received a call from Ms. Evelyn. We set an appointment for me to come in and test drive the XT5. I arrived and was pleasently greeted at the front desk. Ms Evelyn appeared with this young man and introduced me to the young man who had called and wished me a very Happy Birthday Jeremy Metsky!! I lefted very satisfied and happy with the Service and Help given to me By Evelyn, Kevin and Jeremy! They get 10+ across the board from me!! Thank you, Tanya More

Michael is extremely helpful in putting me in the perfect vehicle regarding style and affordability to fit my needs. I have purchased my last four vehicles from Michael, and recommended him to my sister who also purchased a vehicle from him.... Class Organization. I have been buying/leasing cars for over 50 years. Dealt with many different dealerships. Some good, some not so good. I can honestly say that Ed Mo I have been buying/leasing cars for over 50 years. Dealt with many different dealerships. Some good, some not so good. I can honestly say that Ed Morse is head and shoulders above them all. We basically only comparison shopping. Been to a few other dealerships. Right from the beginning our salesman "Z" made us feel out home. None of the usual high pressure sales. Z was more then accommodating in helping us find the car we wanted, from their large inventory. When it came time for the "negotiating" Z made us an offer we couldn't refuse. From that point on it was easy sailing. We had to turn in our currently leased vehicle, so we asked to come back the next day. No problem. At delivery, Z took his time explaining the features of the car, including the setting up of the bluetooth. He showed us around the dealership and introduced us to one of the service managers. When it came time to do all the paper work. Kevin Roberts made the signing as easy as possible. Anyone that has bought a new car recently knows the seemingly endless amount of documents to be signed, I usually shy away from the extra protection plans. excellent customer serv patient understanding knowledgeable I bought 2009 Cadillac CTS from another dealer and brought it to Ed Morris Cadillac for the 172 point inspection service. Mike Sica was my service re I bought 2009 Cadillac CTS from another dealer and brought it to Ed Morris Cadillac for the 172 point inspection service. Mike Sica was my service rep Who provided me with excellent customer service and because of that all of my service needs where performed at Ed Morse Cadillac. We develop a rapport for about a year and I told him that I would be interested and buying a Cadillac at this dealership. He referred me to an excellent sales rep Michael Brandon. He was very professional and understanding as I explained my wants versus my needs.. it took a few months but we found a ATS that I am very very happy with. I was amazed as to how quickly the paperwork was done and the credit goes to the entire team at Ed Morse .I would highly recommend and do recommend and did recommend to my friends Ed Morse Cadillac. More
