this was our first time using the service center. we came in for a oil change and was very pleased with everything from being greeted at the counter and the time it took to service our Forester. I knew my 2011 Impreza needed work. Didn't know how much. But, wow, it was a lot, it cost a lot, but everything does now. The service area was clean.
