Recently leased a Honda CRV (my second one) and must say the experience was top notch, nothing like the ordeals we used to suffer in the past. From the phone contact to get us in to the dealership by Randy the experience was top notch, nothing like the ordeals we used to suffer in the past. From the phone contact to get us in to the dealership by Randy (so polite and low key even though my lease was up in 2 weeks!) to handing over the key fob and even two weeks later to pick up my registration and plates, there wasn’t one snag in the transaction. Mo, my salesman, was so accommodating, with a gentle, no-pressure approach. He suggested alternate lease financing options to keep the payment within my means, and Michael in the financing department pointed out all the different scenarios so that I ultimately made the best decision for myself. They even found my CRV in the color I wanted! Kudos to Mo, Michael and Steve, the manager, for a painless, pleasant, 2 hour in and out experience, which included turning in my old leased car. I can’t say enough about the team effort to keep their customers happy and leave with a smile! Will def be back again in 3 years when my lease is up! More

I have been buying vehicles from the dealership for 24 years and they have always made me feel like we were a team a family now the dealership is about making money. They charge me for market price adjust years and they have always made me feel like we were a team a family now the dealership is about making money. They charge me for market price adjustment and also for a package of $2699 for lug nuts and mudflats and a three year tire package which was not one that you get the information packet. I then ask and they stated Honda will send me. So it’s not listed on my invoice and I think its a package that comes with the car from honda. Not something that cost over $2000.00 dollars. I needed the car because my wife got rear ended and we needed the car. More
