Inside of building is very modern and felt welcoming. Loved the open floor planning as well. Only complaint is when picking up a vehicle we were not informed it was at a fill lot. Had to wait 45 min upon arrival to drive off with the car we purchased. Perhaps this is just due to lack of communication. However, it did take about an hour of my time. Hopefully next time we can work something out to avoid this. More

Have owned 9 straight Nissans, went in for number 10. Treated like they were too busy, promised a call back, never got it.....went back next day, shown some poor numbers and told they can't do better... Treated like they were too busy, promised a call back, never got it.....went back next day, shown some poor numbers and told they can't do better.....seems to be a common theme for Nissan dealers these days, act like they have some type of superior product and that you need them more than they need you...best thing that happened is that the experience forced me to shop Toyota, Kia, Hyundai, Honda and Mazda, all of which had better rated vehicles in the class I was shopping. After driving all of those others, I realized they were all equal or better vehicles than the Nissan, shame on me for not shopping around for the last decade.....but thank you Nissan for forcing me to. More
