Believe the reviews, I just purchased a NEW 2015 Ram Laramie 4x4 crew cab, truck from Overland Park Jeep Dodge Chrysler Ram, and I'm Extremely Happy!!! I first spoke with Mike Sullivan over the phone, who was up front and informative about what Ram trucks were available and gave me accurate pricing with all available rebates. Then Mike refereed me to Clayton Mark as my sales rep. I really appreciate Clayton's ability to construct such a smooth and pleasant purchase, All while carefully listening to my requests. Clayton was fluent in the operation of my vehicle, and took the time to make sure i left with my new truck completely confident with the operation of all the multiple "Kool" options the new Ram trucks are equipped with, including; explaining and completely setting up the Uconnect system and gave me a concise over view of the user manual. So i actually left with ability to fully enjoy all the Benefits the Ram trucks have to offer. Once in finance Roger Health was also Exceptional, he was quick, clear and organized. It was all effortless. The reason I chose this dealership was because of the Fantastic Experience I had with the service department. I was having significant issues with my other vehicle, and after two other dealerships failed attempts to figure out my vehicles problem, I called Overland Park Jeep Dodge Chrysler Ram service, "AND" it was right before closing time on a Friday. I spoke with Lara Varkas who with no notice took my vehicle in and it was right before closing time. They saw I was very stressed, so they stayed late, found problem and scheduled the repair. Terry and Mike Sullivan gave me a good trade-in amount for the Jeep I was trading in. Roger Heath did not pressure me to buy warranties and extras but explained them and we decided on what options worked for me. My experience at OP Jeep was very pleasant thanks to these three employees and I will highly recommend this dealership. More
