The trade in offer for my vehicle was not even close to KBB. The original "manager" tried to explain to me why. He was condesending and at the end of the day would have been the reason for loosing the s KBB. The original "manager" tried to explain to me why. I ended up selling my trade in for a lot more then the trade in offer. It took less than 8 hours which suggests I could have sold it for more. Everything else was good. The Sales person and second manager made me feel like I wanted to by my vehicle there. More
