Nathan quickly connected me with Nevin when I was able to schedule a test drive, I came by that evening and again the next day to complete the purchase. I was supremely happy and ready to purchase the vehicle I was test driving up until that point. The customer service aspect at that point nose dived. I left unhappy and not wanting to purchase through that sales rep. They kept walking away from me and not answering questions. I even went to a different dealer ship the next day. I had a friend recommend Andrew to me if I wanted to purchase the vehicle I test drove. I came back to Luther and my experience was a 180° from the night before.
