We had a horrible experience with the dealers that were not honest. They were not honest, charged us more than we were supposed to get charged, and then took our new tires off and put on cheap tires. Service Managers lack of accountability to provide even reasonable service was the worst i have ever seen. Warranty and services provided by this dealership is without a doubt the worst in Ventura County. reasonable service was the worst i have ever seen. Warranty and services provided by this dealership is without a doubt the worst in Ventura County. I was told my $75,000 truck with a 5000 mile warranty with only 27,000 could not be fixed due to a back order part. I then had to reach out to Admin to have them help locate the part at a local dealer. I was told by the service manager i need to call crysler. I had to take matters into my own hands to find the part and beg for a rental car. After i got my truck back the interior was disgusting. Workers had been having lunch in my truck boots on the dash and changed all my music. I will never by another Ram because of this. Ram Oxnard will never be recommended or my go to service center ever again. More
