Excellent Customer Service I went to another Toyota dealer on the south shore before TOB, and ended up walking out on them when they tried to scam me. TOB was the opposite—clea I went to another Toyota dealer on the south shore before TOB, and ended up walking out on them when they tried to scam me. TOB was the opposite—clear, up front, no games.
